Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or defective products upon arrival.
  • Wrong item delivered.

Important Hygiene Notice:

Due to the perishable nature of our premium food products, we do not accept returns for opened or consumed items under any circumstances.

How to Request a Return

  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect item.

Refunds

  • Once your return request is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit, based on your preference.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. If you need to cancel, please reach out to us immediately.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
